14TH ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION IN BHOPAL GIRLS' SCHOOL
Bhopal Girls' School celebrated its 14th Annual Function on Saturday, the 15th Dec, 2018 at Ravindra Bhawan. the celebration as scheduled, started with a warm welcome of the Chief Guest Dr. Shikha Rastogi. The programme was started with lamp lighting ceremony followed by B.G.S. song sung by our little girls. The theme this year was Golden Era of Bhopal Girls' School. The talenyed dancers of our school presented thematic performances, depicting rich, radiant and vibrant culture dances of India. Dances on 'Oh Ganga and Save Tree Save Life' left the audience mesmerized. A humorous Hindi drama, presented by the senior students was an exclusive presentation, based on disadvantages of cell phones. Prize giving ceremony happens to be the most awaited event of the Annual Day. Achievers were honoured by the Chief Guest. The Trophy for Best House was given to HOPE House and the Princess of the year 2018 was Mansi Patidar. The audience also witnessed Spanish dance, Zumba and Kathak, enthusing every heart and soul. A dance performance by our little princesses depicting diversity of Indian Culture added charm to that spectacular day.Annual report of the session was read by our respected Principal Mrs. Basumita Sinha. The programme ended with a performance which had awakened a sense of patriotism in each one of us.The function was grand success and was appreciated by one and all.
